Enjoy a flawless holiday in beautiful, distinct, and unique villas – sustainably managed with care and respect.
Our homes are thoughtfully maintained, cleaned with eco-friendly practices, and managed with respect to nature and local communities. We collaborate with small, local partners to ensure your stay supports the destination, not just visits it. This is travel with awareness – where comfort, beauty, and responsibility go hand in hand.
For more than 25 years, Astrid and Nikos have welcomed guests to their traditional stone houses, which they built themselves. Here you will find an authentic holiday that respects the local people and environment. Expect homemade bread, a vegetable garden, the responsible use of resources, and a house built with natural materials.
Villa Bella is a very private home, set on its own land with a beautiful view to the sea. Pete built the house out of love and attention to every detail. It is perfect for guests wanting privacy and comfort. This isn’t just a holiday rental — it’s a real home.
Nestled high on a tranquil hillside, this enchanting villa offers beautiful sea views and absolute privacy. Crafted from natural stone, wood, and marble, every detail reflects timeless elegance and authenticity. A soulful sanctuary full of charm—made to slow down and unwind.
Hillside Retreat is a charming hideaway lovingly cared for by the owners, who pour their heart into maintaining the lush garden and vibrant plants surrounding the home. This warm and welcoming place offers a truly special, feel-at-home atmosphere — the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Every service we offer and every partner we collaborate with is carefully selected. We prioritize working with small local businesses, particularly those dedicated to slow and sustainable tourism. Our recommendations include authentic restaurants that focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, as well as tours that immerse guests in the local culture.
In line with our philosophy, we encourage a minimum stay of 5 nights and support travel outside the peak season, specifically from October to May. This helps to get the visitors to get in contact with the region’s charm and contributes to a more sustainable tourism experience.
