Fiomavi is dedicated to both property owners on Naxos and the guests visiting the island. We manage a variety of villas and houses with the aim of creating a truly insightful vacation experience, whilst maintaining the integrity of the environment and the local people.
Our Philosophy
A mindful approach to the environment and all living beings is something we value personally and professionally. We know, travel is a beautiful way to gain new perspectives, connect with different cultures, and find moments of peace.
Our vision is to create meaningful and memorable travel experiences that leave a positive impact to the island and the locals. We believe in longer stays that allow guests to slow down and truly unwind, in working with partners and property owners who share common values, and in practical steps like reducing and separating waste, and using water and electricity consciously.

Every service we offer and every partner we collaborate with is carefully selected. We prioritize working with small local businesses, particularly those dedicated to slow and sustainable tourism. Our recommendations include authentic restaurants that focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, as well as tours that immerse guests in the local culture.
In line with our philosophy, we encourage a minimum stay of 5 nights and support travel outside the peak season, specifically from October to May. This helps to get the visitors to get in contact with the region’s charm and contributes to a more sustainable tourism experience.
Fiomavi´s core values focus on environmentally friendly rental management that supports sustainability in the hospitality industry. We ensure that guests can fully enjoy their holiday whilst knowing that all efforts have been made to reduce waste and save resources. A BBC article from May 2025 has discussed the topic of sustainable travel and has shared a report from booking.com which shows that 84% of global travelers seek sustainable travel options.
